Client Eligibility Form
The Habeas Corpus Project provides pro-bono legal representation in judicial review claims for unlawful detention.
In order to assess whether or not a detained individual is eligible for our service we require as much information as possible about the circumstances of their detention. We therefore require each individual to fill in and return a ‘Client Eligibility Form’. This form can be downloaded here.

The form should be returned with any relevant documents attached. It should then be returned to us by fax, email or post.
The Client Eligibility Form is not a confirmation of client engagement. If a client is able to meet our criteria for representation we will contact them and discuss Terms of Engagement.
